Refunds:
Refunds at Genetic Markers are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.
· No refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.
· Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
Payment Information:
You represent and warrant that:
- The payment information you supply to us is true, correct and complete,
- You are duly authorized to use such payment card for the purchase,
- Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or lending institution, and
- You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order.
Chargebacks:
Any chargebacks initiated after services have been rendered will be formally disputed to the fullest extent permissible by law. The client may also be held responsible for additional fees or costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.
All DNA testing services provided by Genetic Markers have estimated completion times discussed at the time of testing. While results often finish earlier than expected, they may occasionally exceed estimated timelines. Once DNA kit or supplies have been shipped, refunds will not be issued.
